Flower and Garden Show
Each year in late May the Club presents the Community Flower and Garden Show. This is an opportunity for people to exhibit their best flowers and vegetables and to purchase garden supplies and plants.

The Club encourages members to open up their gardens for other members and the public to view.
The Club also participates in reciprocal tours and open gardens with other like minded organizations in the Cowichan Valley.

The Mill Bay Garden Club currently funds two bursaries to students who intend to pursue further education in the botanical or ecological field of study.
And, at the end of each year, the Club donates any excess funds to worthy community organizations. Recipents of past donations include Providence Farm, CMS Food Bank, Cowichan Hospice Foundation, Nourish Cowichan, Clements Society, Warmland House & Outreach, Cowichan SPCA and Cowichan Estuary Restoration Society.
